Shipping & returns

We do not ship orders outside of Canada, sorry!

We ship Internet orders daily.  

If an order is not in-stock, you will be notified (our stock moves quite quickly, we try to keep the website up-to-date). 

All orders are shipped via Expedited Canada Post.  Shipping and handling on all orders is $20.00 CDN, this includes $100 shipping insurance (you will receive a tracking number; if your order is lost in the mail, you will be reimbursed for the full amount, up to $100; you may purchase additional insurance if desired).

If an order can be shipped in a large envelope, you will contacted and offered this option. If you choose this shipping method, you will be refunded the difference (NOTE: this shipping method does not come with insurance).

All terms and conditions for vouchers that may apply to purchases made through our website are clearly explained.  If you apply a voucher to a purchase made through our website, you are agreeing to abide to the terms and conditions that apply to that voucher.  If you do not meet the terms and conditions as clearly outlined on our website, the voucher will not be applied.  

Please note: all orders are rung through our POS manually; the validqtion of a voucher is determined by a person, not a computer.  We rely on our customers to use the vouchers according to the terms and conditions clearly specified on our website.

Orders over $150 CDN are eligible for free S&H. Orders below $25.00 may be charged actual S&H, at our discretion (you will be notified beforehand). 

Within Canada, dependent on your location, it can take 1-5 business days to receive your order after it has shipped.

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days, tags and packaging must be intact.  Shipping fees will not be refunded (any additional shipping fees above what you paid will be deducted from the return value), we do not cover return shipping.

Personal care products are final sale. Baby carriers are final sale.
